Social Distancing

In order to maintain social distancing we will only permit 2 patients in the waiting area at one time.  The hallway will be utilized for others waiting and please be mindful of the social distancing of 6 feet at all times.  

As much as we love seeing you, we ask that you come at your appointment time and leave immediately afterwards to limit potential exposure. 

Symptoms Check

We will be taking everyone's temperature before entering the office.  Anyone with a fever will be asked to leave.  We are sorry!! So please stay at home if you have a fever or know you have any potentially contagious illness coronavirus or other. 

What to look for:

If you been exposed symptoms will present within 2-14 days after exposure to COVID-19, these symptoms typically include 

• Fever

• Cough

• Shortness of breath

Personal Sanitation

• We require that everyone Wear their mask during your visit at the clinic.

• All patients are required to Wash their hands at the sink when arriving.

Building Sanitation

The office will be cleaned regularly according to commercial building guidelines.
